WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning
Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying
Zoning Map, be amended as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in Indian
County, Florida, to -wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF TRACT 4, SECTION 30, TOKII—SHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 39
EAST, ACCORDING TO THE LAST GENERAL PLAT OF LANDS OF INDIAN RIVER
FARMS COMPANY FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERX OF THE CIRCUIT
COURT OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK. 2 AT PAGE 25,
PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND NOW LYING
AND BEING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Be changed from A, Acricultural District, and C-1,
Commercial District, to A-1, Agricultural District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
Approved and adopted by the Board of County Co,-„nissioners of
Indian River County, Florida on this 18 day of Septenber 1985.
