WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the
hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public
hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in Indian River /
County, Florida, t0 -wit:
Tract C, Vero Beach Highlands, Unit #1, according to
plat thereof filed in Plat Book 5, page 29, Public
Records of Indian River County, Florida
AND that portion of 21st Street of said Tract C,
abandoned per Official Record Book 483, pages 856
through 859, Public Records of Indian River County,
Florida
Be changed from M-1 Industrial District to C-1 Commercial
District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect May 26, 1981.
