WHEREAS, the Board of County Comnissioners of Indian River County,
Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the
hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public
hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were
heard; NOW, THERPMRE,
BE IT ORDAINL'D by the Board of County Connissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that
the following described property situated in
Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
DIXIE C.'WERCIAL PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the
plat thereof as filed in the Office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida,
in Plat Book 11 Page 4.
AND ALSO
M.C.C. SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as
filed in the Office of the Clerk of. the Circuit Court
of Indian River County, Florida, .in Plat Book 11, Page 5.
Be changed from C -1A Restricted Commercial District to C-1,
Conmercial District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
Approved and adopted by the Board of County Comrassioners of
Indian River County, Florida on this title day of April 1983.
