WHEREAS, the Board of county commissioners of rndian Rivgr
county, Florida, did pubrish and send its Notice of rntent to
rezone the hereinafter descri.bed property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in reration thereto, at which parties in
interest and citizens \^rere heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
fndian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of
Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map,
be amended as follows:
l. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in
