WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent
to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian
River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended
as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in Indian
River County, Florida, to -wit:
The West 150' of the North 250' of the West 10.82
acres of Tract 12, Section 1, Township 33 South,
Range 38 East, exclusive of rights-of-way, Indian
River Farms Co. Subd., Plat Book 2, Page 25, OR
Book 99, Page 21
Be changed from R-3 Multiple Family District to
C-lA Commercial District, and
The North 660' of the West 10.82 acres of Tract 12,
Section 1, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, exclusive
of rights-of-way, Indian River Farms Co. Subd.,
Plat Book 2, Page 25, OR Book 99, Page 21, less the
West 150' of the North 250' of said described property
Be changed from R-3 Multiple Family District to B-1
Planned Business District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect March 10, 1980.
