HomeMy WebLinkAbout1985-73kA r' ORDINANCE NO. 85-73 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property situated in Indian County, Florida, to -wit: The North 620' of the 'Kest 15 acres of Tract I and the North 620' of the East 30 acres of Tract 2, Section 26, Township 33S, Rance 39E, according to the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company Subdivision a- recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, St. Lucie Count; Public Records, now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. AND Lots 1, 1A, and 2 through 11, inclusive, Block D, Lots 1, ]A, and 2 throuah 11, inclusive, Block E, Oslo Park Unit 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 13, of the Public Records of Indian River County Florida. Be changed from C-1, Commercial District, to CH, Heavy Commercial District. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations.
