WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intenr.
to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which r)itties in
interest and citizens were heard; NOW, TIiEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian
River County, Florida, and the accompanyinq Zoninq Map, be amended
as follows:
1. That the Zoninq Map he changed in order that the
following described property situated in Indian
River County, Florida, to -wit:
The north 2.24 acres of the west 5 acres of the cast
15 acres of Tract 12, Section 1, Township 33 south,
Range 38 east, as shown on the Plat of Indian River
Farms Company, recorded in Plat Book 2, Paqe 25,
St. Lucie County, Florida, said land now lying and
being in Indian River County, Florida.
Be rezoned from R-3 Multiple -Family District to C-lA
Restricted Commercial.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
This Ordinance shall take effect December 21, 1981.
