"WHEREAS, Ordinance 86-32 provides that the tax imposition of the local option gas tax.shall terminate August 31, 1991, and WHEREAS, it is in the the public interest to extend said tax imposition, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: SECTION 1. EXTENSION. The tax imposition established in Ordinance 86-32 is hereby extended to August 31,, 1996. SECTION 2.
