AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM RS73,
SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, TO A-1, AGRICULTURAL
DISTRICT, FOR THE PROPERTY-GENERALLT-LOCATED WEST OF 58TH
AVENUE (C.R. 613) AND THE SOUTH SIDE OF 75TH STREET, AND
DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE -DATE.—
WHEREAS, the -Planning -and -Zoning Commission,,---sitting-as-the
the
local--planning-agency on -such -matters, has held-a_public
and subse.quently—ade a recommendation regarding this rezoning
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that
this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of
Indian River County; and
WHEREAS,.the Board of County Commissioners has held a public
hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIN ED;y�the Board- of Count
commissioners of inaian iv r-CountyF Yorida;-ti1at- the- Zon7
the following described property situated in Indian River
Florida, -to -wit:
The East 30 acres of Tract 6 less the South 3.75 acres of the
West 10 acres thereof;
The West one-half of Tract 8 and the South one-half of the
East one-half of Tract 8 less rights of way for Kings Highway;
All the above in Section 5, Township 32 South, Range 39 East
together with a non-exclusive easements ingress and egress
over the following property:
The West 25 feet of the East 28.3 acres of Tract 3, in Section
5, Township -32 -South, Range -39 -East mil -the above according
to the last general Plat of Lands of the Indian River Farms
Company filed intheoffice of theClerkof the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page 25; said
land now lying-jand being in Indian Riser County, Florida.
Be changed from RS -3, Single -Family Residential District to A-1,
Agricultural District.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in
said Zoning Regulations.

This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal
on the 14 day of December , 1990 for a public hearing to be
