AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER 'COUNTY, FLORIDA,, AMENDING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM CH TO CG
FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY' LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF U.S.
HIGHWAY 1, APPROXIMATELY 850 FEET SOUTH OF WOODMERE ROAD, AND
DESCRIBED HEREIN,. AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, -he Planning- and-Zoning-Commissd:orLsitting as -the
Ie �l planning -age tcymaters, hasheld -a - public hearing
and' subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning
request; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
, Florida, did publish .and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that
this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of
Indian River County; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public
hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of county
Commissioners of Indian River county, Florida, that tile Zoning of
the following described property situated in Indian River County,
Florida, to -wit:
All o that porb.ion. of-the-nokth-one=hal#-of the southeast
quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 7, Township 31
south, ganqp 39 Fast, lying East of theright-of-way of the
Florida East Coast Railroad and West of the right-of-way of
U.S.,Highway No. 1.
Be changed from CH to CG.
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and- descri a in
said oning Regulations.
Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, on this 28 day of May 1991.
This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal
on.the 7 day of May 1.991 for a public hearing to be
held_on_the 28ay-of-Ra_—,-1991 at which time it was
moved. for adoption by Commissioner Wheeler , seconded by
Commissioner Scurlock , and adopted by the following
vote:
