Creation of Municipal Service Benefit Unit. There is hereby established in Indian River County the Floralton Beach Municipal Service Benefit Unit under the authority of, and with all those powers conferred by, the Constitution of the State of Florida, Sections 125.01(q) and 125.01(r) of the Florida Statutes and Chapter 200 of the Indian River County Code County. The real property included within the boundaries of this municipal service benefit unit is as Flo-r-alto-n-Bethe pia corded -in Plat Book 3, Page 20, and the replat of part of the plat of Floralton Beach, recorded-irePlat -Book -�, Page- of -Public Records -of ; Indian River County, Florida. Lying in Indian River County, Florida. SECTION 2 LEVY. The first non -ad valorem assessment shall be levied for the tax year 1992 - 1993. SECTIONS.
