ORDINANCE 92- 15
AN ORDINANCE --OF INDIAN RIVER -COUNTY]
FLORIDA, FOR THE REPEAL OF CHAPTER
10-1/2, HOUSING; ' OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND
DECLARING SAME TO BE NULL AND VOID, AND
OF NO EFFECT.
WHEREAS, Article I of Chapter 10-1/2 which is a special act
that relates to municipalities and, therefore, is not a necessary part
of the new Code except in the appendix for special acts; .and
WHEREAS, Article II of Chapter 10-1/2 merely reflects
Florida Statutes (Sec. 159.601 et seq.) on this subject and is,
therefore, not a necessary part of the new Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
SECTION 1. REPEAL.
Chapter 10-1/2 - Housing of the Code of Omit finances of
Indian River County (1974 edition) is hereby repealed and declared
null and void and of no effect.
,SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.

Approved and adopted by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, on this 28 day of
April 1992.
This: ordinance wasadvertised in the Vero Beach Press -
Journal on the 9 day of April 1992, for a public hearing to
be held .on the 28 day of Apri l 1992, at .which time it was
moved for adoption by Commissioner Wheeler and the motion
was seconded by Commissioner Bird , and, adopted by
the following vote:
