FUNDS -ARE EXPENDED TO BRING ABOUT CONFORMITY WITH THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CODE. WHEREAS, from time to time the County takes remedial action to assure compliance with the Code; and WHEREAS, said action often results in the expenditure of public funds; and WHEREAS, logic and orderly. administration dictate that in many situations the County . should be reimbursed for such' expenditures; and WHEREAS, a lien provision w assist any reimbursemen ,• W; -THEREFORE,- SK -,IT -ORDAINED -BY -THE -BOARD -Of COUN7COMMISSIONERS-OF- mDIAN--RIVER-�-COUNTY FLORIDA, SECTION 1.
