FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF
CHAPTER 16, MOBILE HOMES, MODULAR HOMES
AND HOUSE TRAILERS, OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND
DECLARING.SAME TO BE NULL AND VOID AND
OF NO -EFFECT._
WHEREAS, the State of Florida Legislature has enacted
several laws which regulate these homes, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 16, which sets forth County regulations

County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
SECTION 1. REPEAL

Journal on the 9 day of April 1992, for a public hearing to
be held on the 28 day of April 1992, at which time it was

was seconded by Commissioner Bird and, adopted by
