A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE COUNW BUDGET OFFICER'S ESTIMATES
OF RECEIPTS OTHER THAN TAXES AND OF BALANCES TO
BE BROUGHT FORWARD FOR FISCAL YEAR 2OOO-2001 AND
ADOPTING A FINAL BUDGET FOR THE GENERAL
OBLIGATION LAND ACQUISITION BOND ISSUE.
WHEREAS, the Budget Officer of Indian River County has ascertained the needs andthe fiscal policy of tn9 !9ar{ of County Commissioners foi the ensuing fiscal year and didprepare and present to the Board a tentative budget for fiscal year 2OOO-2001 including allestimates of receipts, taxes to be levied, and balances expected io be brought fonrard and allestimated expenditures, reserves, and balances to be carried over at the end'of the year; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Coun$ Commissioners of Indian River County did examine
th.e tentativ.e.budget and held public hearings, pursuant to law, to consider input from thecitizens of Indian River County with respect to taxes to be levied and the amounts and the useof money derived from the levy of taxes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTYCOMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, thAt:
1. The Coun$ Budget office/s estimates of receipts other than taxes and of balances to bebrought forurard fg !n:- pe.1er9l Obligalion Land Acquisition Bond issue are nereUy revisedas sel forth in Exhibit'A" attached hereto.
2. The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County hereby adopts the attachedbudget as the final budget for fiscal year 20A0-2001 for ihe General bbligation LandAcquisition Bond lssue,
The resolution.was moved for adoption by Commissioner Stanbridge , and themotion was seconded by CommissionerGinn _ , and, upon oeing pm;-LoG, the votewas as follows:
