A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2003-131 WHICH HAD
RESTRUCTURED THE MARINE ADVISORY NARROWS
WATERSHED ACTION COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Marine Advisory Narrows Watershed Action Committee
(MANWAC) was originally created to work with the Marine Resources Council of
East Florida, with its focus on that portion of the Indian River Lagoon (IRL)
between the Brevard County line and Wabasso Causeway; and
WHEREAS, MANWAC's work in that regard is complete;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that Resolution No. 2003-131
which had restructured the Marine Advisory Narrows Watershed Action
Committee is hereby repealed.
The foregoing resolution was moved for adoption by
Commissioner Solari and seconded by Commissioner
Davi s , and upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows:
