The warrants issued in settlement of same, being recorded completely in the County Finance Record, as provided by law, reference to such record -and the list so recorded being..made a part of these minutes as fully and completely as if the said warrents were.set_out,herein in detail. The County_ Depositary filed its monthly statement showing receipts and disbursements of the various funds, which having been checked over was found to be correct. There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board N adjourned. n a Clerk. 1 _ Cirri _ "' an • y tl Mme , WAY 11th 1931. r The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met at P the Court House in Vero Beach, at 2:00 o'clock P.M.Monday, May llth 19319 with the a following members of the Board present: Albert 0. Helseth, Chaizman; T.D.Yongue; J.J.P. h Hamilton; J.TJeBruce and Eli C. Walker. Also present were Miles Uarrenq Clerk and Clark S. Rice, Sheriff. Commissioner Walker announced he desired to refund to the County the sum of $3.70 expended by this Board out of the Agricultural Fund on account of expenses incurred by the County Home Demonstration Agent in placing an exhibition of her work at the County District Fair recently held in Vero Beach. A check for this amount was received from Mr. Walker and ordered placed in the Agricultural Fund. The Notary Public bond of John W.E.Wheeler in the sum of $500.00 with United 'States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, a corporation, as surety was approved. It me moved, seconded and carried that rent on rooms in the Court House be set at $10,00 per month per room. It was moved, seconded and carried that the Sheriff be made official custodian of the Court House Building without pay.
