Approval to Replace Seven (7) Cardiac Monitors for Fire -Rescue
Division from Physio -Control, Inc.
(memorandum dated October 23, 2015)

ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by Vice
Chairman Solari, the Board unanimously approved the sole
brand/sole source purchase of the seven (7) LifePak 15 cardiac
monitors from Physio -Control, Inc., with a contract and trade-in
discount of $92,567.02, for a total cost amount of $220,143.58.
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at 11:28 a.m.
