Home My WebLink About1996-146 RESOLUTION NO. 96- 146 A RESOLUTION OF TEE BOARD OF COUNTY COMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVINe TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES AUTHORIZED BY TEE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS. NNEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has directed the director of public works to maintain a ledger reflecting the traffic control devices in the unincorporated area (Section 312.le, Indian River County Code); and NNEREAS, the code requires this ledger to be presented to the Board of County Commissioners for approval; and MRSM, the ledger has been presented and is attached as Exhibit "A" to this Resolution, NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts and approves the traffic control device ledger which is Exhibit "A" to this resolution. The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner Eggert and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Tippin , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: Chairman Fran Adams Aye Vice Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert Aye Commissioner Kenneth R. Macht Aye Commissioner Carolyn Ginn Aye Commissioner John W.
