Home My WebLink About1997-127 lo- i -47 RESOLUTION NO. 97- A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD Os COUNTY COMZSSIONZRS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES AUTHORIZED BY TNR DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has directed the director of public works to maintain a ledger reflecting the traffic control devices in the unincorporated area (Section 312.18, Indian River County Code) ; and NHCUM, the code requires this ledger to be presented to the Board of County Commissioners for approval; and WHEREAS, the ledger has been presented and is attached as Exhibit "A" to this Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CONXISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA TRATt The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts and approves the traffic control device ledger which is Exhibit "A" to this -�- resolution. The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner Ginn and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Tippin and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: Chairman Carolyn K.
