Home My WebLink About1998-039 w RESOLUTION N0. 98- 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES AUTRORIZED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS. WRXREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has directed the director of public works to maintain a ledger reflecting the traffic control devices in the unincorporated area (Section 312.18, Indian River County Code) ; and WHEREAS, the code requires this ledger to be presented to the Board of County Commissioners for approval; and NHSRZAS, the ledger has been presented and is attached as Exhibit "A" to this Resolution, i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THATs The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts and approves the traffic control device ledger which is Exhibit "A" to this resolution. The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner —Eggert and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Adams and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: Chairman John W.
