A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT•ON LOT 2, BLOCK 78, VERO BEACH
HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION UNIT 3
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 2, Block
78, of Vero Beach Highlands Subdivision Unit 3; and
WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b'y the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida that.
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
that it may have in the following described easement portion:
the west four feet of the east six foot drainage and utility easement of Lot 2, Block 78, Vero
Beach Highlands Subdivision Unit 3, less and except any portion of the north 12 foot drainage and
utility easement on such lot, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 41 of the Public
Records of Indian River County, Florida.
This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davi s , seconded by
Commissioner F1 escher , and adopted on the 15th day of
June 2010, by the following vote.
