ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by
Vice Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously approved the
Solid Waste Disposal District Minutes of November 17, 2015 as
written.
2. FY 2014-2015 Records Disposition Compliance Statement and
Records Management Liaison Officer Form — Solid Waste Disposal
District
(memorandum dated December 2, 2015)
ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by
Vice Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously authorized
the Chairman to execute the Records Management Compliance
Statement for Fiscal Year 2014 — 2015 for the Indian River
County Solid Waste Disposal District.
