The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County met in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at Vero Beach, in the County of Indian River, on this the 12th day of .August, 1931, pursuant to call of the Chairman, and the following County Commiss- ioners were present: Albert O.Helseth, Chairman; J.D.Yongue; J.W.LaBruce; J.J.P.Hamilton and Eli C. Walker. The Clerk of the Circuit Court having prepared estimates of the revenue and receipts from sources other than from taxes to be levied, reasonably to be expected from the first day of October 1931, to the 30th day of September 1932, the said estimates having been properly verified under oath were ordered spread upon the minutes of the Board and the original to be filed as a part of the records of the Board, and is in -words and figures as follows: GENERAL REVENUE FUND. General publicity of the County ........... $1696.70 It was thereupon resolved that the Clerk of the Circuit Court be directed to have the foregoing estimates as made by the Board published in a newspaper in this County by one insertion and that a copy thereof properly certified be forwarded to the Comptroller of the State of Florida. It was further resolved that at the regular meeting of this Board to be held on the Ist day of September, 1931, the foregoing estimates shall be taken up and considere and acted upon and at the same time the tax levy for the year 19311, will be made. The Notary Public bond of Marren B. Miller, in the sum, of $500.00 with the America Surety Company, a corporation, as surety, was approved. It was ordered that Cert 902 sale of 1928 covering Lot.20 Block 49 and Cert.1161, sale of 1927 covering Lot 23 Block 49, original town of Vero, be sold to Ralph 'Sedgwick for the sum of $112.76 and costs and fees.
