This shall serve as mutual consent to exercise both renewals of the Agreement between Indian River
County and Oculina Bank, 4450 24th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL ("ATM Owner") from August 16, 2014 to August 15,
2016.
All provisions of the original agreement, approved August 16, 2011 shall remain in full force and effect.
