ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED by Vice
Chairman Davis, the minutes of the Preliminary Budget
Hearing of September 10, 2014 were approved as written.
2. Final Pay for CDM Smith Work Order No. 9 — Annual Permitting
Services 2014
(memorandum dated September 26, 2014)

ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Davis, SECONDED by
Chairman O'Bryan, the Board unanimously approved CDM
Smith Inc.'s final invoice amount of $10,052.50.
16. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at 3:31 p.m.
