11:58 a.m. 1. Approval of Minutes—Meeting of October 7, 2014
ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by
Chairman Davis, the Board unanimously approved the Solid Waste
Disposal District meeting minutes of October 7, 2014, as written.
11:59 a.m. 2. Request for Lease Extension from MWI Corporation
(memorandum dated November 12, 2014) 330-335
MOTION WAS MADE by Vice Chairman Solari, SECONDED by
Commissioner Flescher, to: (1) approve the Agreement for Lease
Extension with MWI Corporation until December 31, 2024;
authorize the Chairman to execute said document on behalf of the
Board; and (2) authorize selling all or a portion of the 20-acre parcel
to MWI; and (3) direct staff to continue discussions with MWI
accordingly.
Deputy County Attorney William DeBraal noted that MWI had been

a tenant to the County since 2001, and he expressed their desire to
enter into a 10-year lease agreement, purchase a portion of the 20-
acre site; and expand their facility.
The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the Motion carried
unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned
at 12:00 p.m.
