11:23 1. Approval of Minutes, Meeting of March 18, 2014

2. Approval of Minutes, Meeting of April 1, 2014
ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by
Commissioner Zore, the Board unanimously approved the
Emergency Services District minutes of March 18, 2014 and
April 1, 2014.
11:24 3. Approval of Purchase for Two (2) Medtronic Physio Control
a.m. LifePak 15 Monitors for Advanced Life Support Engines
(memorandum dated September 16, 2014)
MOTION WAS MADE by Vice Chairman Davis, SECONDED
by Commissioner Flescher, to approve Medtronic Physio
Control, Inc. as a sole source provider for two (2) cardiac
monitor defibrillators LP 15's.
Administrator Baird informed the Board that Impact Fees
would be used for the expansion of services in Emergency
Services.

The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the Motion
carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at 11:26 a.m.
