An Ordinance to be entitled:
"An Ordinance repealing Chapter 21310,
Laws of Florida, Acts of 1941"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
1. That Chapter 21310, Laws of Florida, Acts of
1941 is hereby repealed.
2. This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately, February 7, 1973.
