B. Solid Waste Disposal District
1. __Approval of Minutes Meeting of April 19, 2016
ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by
Commissioner Zorc, the Board unanimously approved the
Solid Waste Disposal District Meeting Minutes of April 19,
2016, as written.
2. Amendment No. 7 to Republic Services
(memorandum dated May 2, 2016
ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Flescher , SECONDED by
Commissioner Zorc, the Board unanimously approved: (1) the
Seventh Amendment to Republic Services landfill contract for
the one-time reimbursement of tires in the amount of
$15,929.39 and rental costs in the amount of $27,399.60 for the
new Volvo 110 Loader and to increase their annual contract by
$31,555.10 for the Non -Class 1 Landfill Services to be billed on
a lump sum monthly basis; and (2) authorized the Chairman to
execute said Contract Agreement.
