CALL TO ORDER

(PUBLIC HEARING) SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT (SWDD)
PROOF OF PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR HEARING IS ON
FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD
Chairman Solari convened the Public Hearing for the Solid
Waste Disposal District (SWDD) with Chairman Solari,
Commissioner O'Bryan, and Vice Chairman Flescher
1:30 p.m. present.
County Administrator Jason Brown announced that the
Fiscal Year 2016-2017 proposed budget is $13,141,095, an
increase of $3,660; and he provided a summary of the
following proposed SWDD rates:
- Residential Equivalent Residential Unit (ERU) - $102.61,
the same as current year
- Commercial Waste Generation Unit (WGU) - $ 35.55, no
change
- Readiness -to -Use Fee - $20.49, an increase of $.53, or 2.7%
There is also a Landfill Ash Product Disposal Fee of $19.51,
an increase of $.20, or 1.04%.

The Chairman opened the Public Hearing. There being no
speakers, the Chairman closed the Public Hearing.
No action taken by the Board.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at 1:35 p.m.
