Second Amendment To Agreement To Purchase and Sell Real Estate
This is an amendment to the Agreement To Purchase, Sell, and Lease Real Estate,
dated November 10th, 2015, by and between Michael J. and Lisa B. Giessert
("Sellers") and Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida
("County"):
Paragraph 6.1 is hereby amended as follows:
The closing of the transaction contemplated herein ("Closing" and "Closing
Date") shall take place within 135 days following the 10th of May, 2016.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Amendment as of the
date first set forth above.
