ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by Vice
Chairman Flescher, by a 4-0 vote (Commissioner Zorc absent), the
Board approved the Solid Waste Disposal District Meeting Minutes
of June 21, 2016 and July 13, 2016.

Fonvielle provided the 3rd Quarter Recycling Update, and Managing
Director Himanshu Mehta, Solid Waste Disposal District responded
