RENEWAL OF
PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR ANNUAL SURVEYING AND MAPPING SERVICES
This shall serve as mutual consent to extend the Agreement between Indian River County
and Kimley-Horn&Associates,Inc. for Professional Surveying and Mapping Services from
October 1,2004, to September 30,2005.
All provisions of the original agreement, approved September 23,2003 shall remain in
full force and effect. The fee schedule(Attached)as submitted by Kimley-Horn&Associates,
Inc.and as accepted by Indian River County shall remain in effect for the duration of the annual
contract through September 30,2005 as stated.
