the first part, and P and V PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT LLC, whose mailing
address is 1717 S US Highway 1, Suite 3, Fort Pierce Florida 34950, party of
the second part.
WITNESSETH that the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($1,200.00)
to it in hand paid by the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, in accordance with Section 197.592(1), Florida Statutes, has
granted, bargained and sold to the party of the second part, its successors, heirs
and assigns forever, the following described land lying and being in Indian River
County, Florida:
South 1/2 of Lot 10, Block 2, KINGS MUSIC LANDS
SUBDIVISION 1, according to the Plat filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court in Plat Book 6, Page 17, Public
Records of Indian River County, Florida.

these presents to be executed in its name by its Board of County
Commissioners, acting by the Chairman of said Board, the day and year
aforesaid.
