A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING AN
EASEMENT ON LOT 5, BLOCK C, SUMMERPLACE SUBDIVISION UNIT 2
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a side lot easement on Lot 5, Block C, of
Summerplace Subdivision Unit 2; and
WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida that:
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
that it may have in the following described easement:
the west five (5) foot side lot easement of Lot 5, Block C, Summerplace Unit 2, less and except
any portion of the south f ve (5) foot anchor easement on the lot, according to the plat of Summerplace
Unit 2 recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 85, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner. Flescher , seconded by
Commissioner Davis , and adopted on the 4 day of
November 2014, by the following vote:

Vice -Chairman Wesley S. Davis Aye
W.Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher Aye
Commissioner Bob Solari Aye
