Third Amendment to Agreement between
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
and
JONEAL and H . JEANNE MIDDLETON
WHEREAS , INDIAN RIVER COUNTY is the owner and operator of Blue
Cypress Lake Park on Blue Cypress Lake ; and
WHEREAS , since 1979 , the County has entered into an agreement , with
JONEAL MIDDLETON and later added H . JEANNE MIDDLETON as a party to
the agreement on December 2 , 2008 , to fulfill their obligations to manage and
maintain Blue Cypress Lake Park ; and
WHEREAS , this agreement has resulted in a very smooth and competent
operation of Blue Cypress Lake Park ; and
WHEREAS , the agreement will expire in September of 2010 ; and
WHEREAS , in the interest of orderly administration the agreement should
be renewed ,
NOW , THEREFORE , in consideration of the following mutual covenants
and agreements INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , FLORIDA and JONEAL MIDDLETON
and H . JEANNE MIDDLETON do agree as follows :
1 . The original agreement dated August 22 , 1995 shall remain in full force
and effect until September 1 , 2015 .
2 . Attached is a list of County owned equipment to be maintained .
