HomeMy WebLinkAbout2015-015RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - 015 • RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING • PORTION OF A CONSERVATION EASEMENT IN HUNTINGTON PLACE SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a conservation easement in Huntington Place Subdivision; and WHEREAS, a portion of the conservation easement, as depicted as "Sign Easement Area" on Exhibit A attached, is being replaced by comparable conservation easement areas on Lots 10 and II in Huntington Place Subdivision, and therfore retention of the easement portion serves no public purpose. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that.
