WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of
Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map,
be amended as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
following described property situated in Indian River
County, Florida, to -wit:
The North , of Tract 3, Section 25, Township 33 South,
Range 38 East, According to the Last General Plat of Lands
of Indian River Farms Company as recorded in Plat Book 2,
Page 25 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Be changed from C-1, "Commercial District" to M-1,
"Restricted Industrial District".
All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning Regulations.
Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
of Indian River County, Florida on this 22 day of February ,
1984.
