WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto,
held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard: NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow-
ing property owned by Keith L. Martin and Hally Martin,
his wife, represented by Michael O'Haire, Attorney and
Counsellor at Law, situated in Indian River County,
Florida, to -wit:
The West 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NB 1/4 of Suction
36, Township 31 -South, Range 38 -East, Indian River
County, Florida; less and excepting therefrom the
South 378 feet, and also, loss and excepting the
North 660 feet. Containing 3.86 acres more or leas.
Be changed from A -Agricultural District, to R -1E
Country Estate District.
The North 660 feet of the West 1/2 of tbo NB 1/4 of
the NE 1/4 of Suction 36, Township 31 -South, Range 38 -
East, Indian River County, Florida; loss the North 40
feet for road purposes. Containing 8.46 acres more or
less.
Be changed from C-1 Commercial District, to R -1E
Country Estate District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and
described in said Zoning REgulation.
This Ordinance shall take effect SEPTEMBER 12, 1977,
