LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A parcel of land lying in the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 33 South,
Range 38 East, Indian River County, Florida, being a portion of Tract 9, Section
14, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, according to the Plat of Indian River
Farms Company, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, said land now being in Indian River County, Florida, and being
described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14,
Township 33 South, Range 38 East, Indian River County, Florida; thence South
00°04'30" West, along the East line of said Southeast Quarter, 50.00 feet, to a
point being on the Easterly prolongation of the South right-of-way line of 4th
Street, said right-of-way line being the North line of Tract 9, Section 14, Township
33 South, Range 38 East, according to the Plat of Indian River Farms Company,
as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, said tract now being in Indian River County, Florida; thence North
