RESOLUTION NO.2017- 027
A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING
CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN SEARS COVE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in a private road and utility easement, and a walkway
easement, in Sears Cove Subdivision; and
WHEREAS,retention of those easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County,Florida that:
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
that it may have in the following described easements:
the north thirty (30)foot private road and utility easement, together with the north five (S)foot
walkway easement, as depicted on the plat of Sears Cove, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 8, of the Public
Records of Indian River County, Florida.
This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida,whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street,Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner n 1 P=,r,_ , seconded by
Commissioner Adams , and adopted on the 14th day of
March 2017, by the following vote:
Chairman Joseph E. Flescher AYE
Vice-Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan AYE
Commissioner Susan Adams AYE
Commissioner Bob Solari ABSENT
Commissioner Tim Zorc AYE
The Chairman declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 14th day of
