RELEASE AND SATISFACTION
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of certain sums paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, whose address is 1801 27th
Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, hereby releases that certain Lien for removal
of a nuisance structure recorded in Book 2723, Page 638 as well as that certain
Certificate of Building Official, recorded in Book 2642, Page 329; and the
following property recited in Resolution No. 2013-012, recorded in Book 2674,
Page 431, all of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida:
Lot 13 and the South Y2 of Lot 14, Block H, Citrus
Gardens, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3,
at Page 81, of the Public Records of Indian River
County, Florida.
EXECUTED by the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, this 18thday of April, 2017.
