RESOLUTION NO. 91-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS TO 39TH AVENUE FROM 6TH
STREET TO 8TH STREET
WHEREAS, on December 18, 1990 the Board of County
Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-187 providing for certain
paving and drainage improvements to 39th Avenue from 6th Street
to 8th Street; and
WHEREAS, on December 18, 1990 the Board of County
Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-185 setting the date and
time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, costs and
amount of the assessment against each property owner; and
WHEREAS, this hearing was held on January 29, 1991
no complaints were heard at public hearing,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified
their entirety.
2. The attached assessment roll for certain paving and
improvements to 39th Avenue from 6th Street to 8th
and
drainage
in
Street is approved, pursuant to Section 11-47, Code of Laws and
Ordinances of Indian River County.
The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner
Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Eggert and, upon being put to
a vote, the vote was as follows:

Subject: Paving and Drainage Improvements to 39th Avenue from
6th Street to 8th Street
This is to inform you that the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County will hold a public hearing on January 29,
1991 at 9:05 A.M. in the County Commission Chambers located at
1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, to consider the adoption
of an authorizing resolution and an assessment roll for the above
stated project.
As this project specifically benefits property owned by you and
described as:
15-33-39-00001-0030-00003.0 W 10 Acres of Tract 3
You will be assessed in accordance with County Ordinance 86-88, a
proportionate share of the total cost of the project. The total
estimated cost of the project is $71,779.07. The preliminary
assessment roll is on file with the Clerk to the Board's office
and is open for inspection during normal business hours (8:30 AM
til 5:00 PM) and indicates that YOUR ASSESSMENT WILL BE:
1267.11 FF @ $21.89 per FF = $27,737.04
