RESOLUTION NO. 91-71
A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN
EASEMENTS IN THE DIXIE GARDENS
SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 2, LOT 55,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 49, OF
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below,
and
WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public
purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose
mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960,
Grantor, to Jerry W. Burne, his successors in interest, heirs and
assigns, whose mailing address is 434 7th Lane S.W., Vero Beach,
Florida 32962 Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
interest that it may have in the following described easements:
The Northerly ten (10) foot utility and drainage easement '
of Lot 55, Dixie Gardens Subdivision, Unit No. 2, being
the northerly ten (10) feet of Lot 55, Dixie Gardens
Subdivision, Unit No.2, according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 49, Section 24, Township 33
East, Range 39 South; Public Records of Indian River
County, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner
Eggert , seconded by Commissioner Wheeler , and
adopted on the 2 day of July , 1991, by the following
vote:
