A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING
ERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOT 2,BLOCK G,SEAGROVE SOUTH
SUBDIVISION UNIT ONE
WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in side lot line utility easements on Lot 2,Block G,
of Seagrove South Subdivision Unit One; and
WHEREAS,the retention of those easements, as described below, serves no public purpose;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida that:
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right,title, and interest
that it may have in the following described easements:
the northwesterly and southeasterly five (5)foot side lot line utility easements, less and except
any portion of the southwesterly five (5)foot rear lot line utility easement and the northeasterly ten (10)
foot front lot line utility easement, of Lot 2, Block G, Seagrove South Subdivision Unit One, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 45, of the Public Records of Indian River County,
Florida.
This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street,Vero Beach,Florida 32960.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner O'Bryan , seconded by
Commissioner Flescher , and adopted on the 11th day of April, 2017, by the following
vote:
Chairman Joseph E. Flescher AYE
Vice-Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan AYE
Commissioner Susan Adams AYE
Commissioner Bob Solari AYE
Commissioner Tim Zorc AYE
The Chairman declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 11th day of April, 2017.
