BARTON CLERK CIRCUIT COURT INDIAN RIVER CO„ FLA A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO FRANGIPANI DRIVE FROM C.R. 510 TO MAGNOLIA DRIVE WHEREAS, on December 18, 1990 the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-186 providing for certain paving and drainage improvements to Frangipani Drive from C.R. 510 to Magnolia Drive; and WHEREAS, on December 18, 1990 the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-185 setting the date and time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, costs and amount of the assessment against each property owner; and WHEREAS, this hearing was held on January 29, 1991 and no complaints were heard at public hearing, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: 1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. 2. The attached assessment roll for certain paving and drainage improvements to Frangipani Drive from C.R. 510 to Magnolia Drive is approved, pursuant to Section 11-47, Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian River County. The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Eggert who moved its adoption.
