RESOLUTION NO. 91- 82
A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING UTILITY
EASEMENTS IN TURTLE COVE SUBDIVISION.

WHEREAS, Indian River County is in the process of installing water
lines in the North Beach/A-1-A area; and
WHEREAS, in connection with this project, it is necessary for the
County to install its water lines in certain utility easements in the following
subdivision:
TURTLE COVE, Plat Book 10, Page 86
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board
hereby formally accepts the utility easements, as offered to the County,
shown on the plat of the above -referenced subdivision.
The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert ,
and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Wheeler , and, upon being
put to a vote, the vote was as follows:

Commissioner Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Ay e
Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman A y e

The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and
