HomeMy WebLinkAbout1991-160RESOLUTION NO. 91-160 A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, -FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOTS 12, 13, AND 14 IN THE BENT PINE SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE REPLAT OF BENT PINE UNIT 3 AND UNIT 4, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 9, 9-A AND 9- B, PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below, and WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public purpose, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:. This release of easement is executed by`Indian River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Roy G. & Joyce B. Blackwell, C. Richard Splittorf, and Warner Pyne & Ina M. Pyne, Jr. their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, Grantee whose mailing address is c/o Samuel A. Block, P.A., 2127 10th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 as follows: Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easements: SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Sr.urinr_k , seconded by Commissioner Eggert , and adopted on the 22 day of October , 1991, by the following vote: Commissioner Richard N.
