THIS DEED, made this 172-hday of July, 2017, by INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, party of
the first part, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida
32960, and CARLSON FAMILY, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company,
and MICHAEL PETERS, as to an undivided 50% each, parties of the second
part, whose mailing address is 2103 Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida
34950.
WITNESSETH that the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to it in hand paid by the parties
of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold to the parties of the second part, their successors, heirs and
assigns forever, the following described land Tying and being in Indian River
County, Florida:
